Best Friends in the World is a classic teen drama seen through the eyes of brilliant Olive. This web series presents friendship, family, first love, rivals, fear of the future and other such troubles that plague secondary school hallways.
It skips the hyper-sexualization, grotesque violence and colourful language to present a more innocent view of the life of mid-teens struggling to find their identity and express their individuality.
Episodes Synopsis:
Episode 1 (The New Girl) – When a preppy, popular student feels threatened by the arrival of a new girl, she takes countermeasures- but at what cost?
Episode 2 (Best Friends in the World) – Back from her week-long suspension, Olive and her friends are caught up in new trouble when a transfer student sets out to defame her.
Episode 3 (Stinky Situation) – When the school undergoes routine sanitation, a common misconception sparks a discussion on gender roles.
Episode 4 (Crush) – While Olive deals with her growing feelings for her handsome seatmate, Grace becomes increasingly curious about the new English teacher, leading both to take unexpected action.
Episode 5; After the unexpected visit, Olive, Esther and Adam team up with ex-archenemy, Grace to uncover the mysterious Mr Jack’s secrets.

Episode 6; Esther’s insecurities surface with the upcoming school dance, but party-happy Olive is oblivious. Meanwhile, Adam and Mr Ben see the chance they’ve been waiting for. Will they succeed?

Episode 8; Olive and Esther find themselves with opposing opinions when Grace’s background is published in the student newspaper. Adam contemplates his father’s sudden involvement in his life. Mr. Ben and Felix work toward Felix’s lounge-opening, where Felix aims to finally meet Ben’s Rose. A chance encounter unveils an unexpected villain.
Episode 9; Adam meets with the representative from Blackstone University. Mr Ben learns that Nurse Rose is leaving school, resulting in a drastic reaction. Uduak takes a unique approach in “dealing” with Olive.

Episode 18; Special new students arrive. The friends uncover an operation involving dangerous drugs. Grace makes a surprising annoucement.
Episode 19; Esther learns a valuable lesson after she witnesses a shocking sight. Adam and Romeo confront the drug boys. Olive finally realizes and admits the truth.
Episode 20; Uduak George is back with breaking news. Will Olive and the team intervene in time? Esther and Archie have their first fight.
Episode 21; Esther, Adam and Olive come to Romeo’s rescue when he gets in trouble with Iris and Ivy. Olive and Mrs Lane begin a game of cat and mouse. Felix decides to reopen the lounge after the drug investigation with the help of a few special guests.
Episode 22; Exams are here. Mrs. Lane has a change of heart thanks to Emma’s timely arrival but Esther surprises everyone.
Episode 23; The first wave of consequence arrives for Esther, jeopardizing her attending Olive’s sweet sixteen. David is faced with a classic dilemma, while Iris and Romeo deal with unexpected sparks.
Episode 24; While reacting to the news on Esther’s schooling status, the friends find themselves caught up in the middle of two separate situations involving Emma and Romeo. Watch the emotional conclusion to the 3rd Term.
