The first question is, What is Google Adsense? Google Adsense is an advertisement network owned by Google Inc. and it’s the best way to monetize your website.
Getting approved by Adsense is every blogger’s dream and because of many strict rules from Google, some bloggers are discouraged from using Adsense.
Now, let’s proceed to “How to verify Google Adsense using your Nigerian Voter’s card”…
Particularly, when you reach your payment threshold, maybe $10 or more, Google will automatically send you a mail to verify your Adsense using either one of the three government-issued IDs especially if you’re in Nigeria.
When you want to verify, they’ll give you some tips on how to verify the IDs so it won’t be rejected.
I’ll go back to that later, so it’s either you use International Passport, Driver’s License or National Identity Card for verification, if you have none of them, skip to the next step.
Using Nigerian Voters Card, if you don’t have a voters card, you can use your mum or dad’s own, or if you have a trustworthy friend or siblings you can use his or her own.
Note: The profile on the ID must match the one on your payment profile so Google won’t reject it
To verify with voters card, make sure your phone’s camera is clear and working well, find a cool place for snapping the voters’ card, a place where there is no light like bulbs or any brightness (I’m not talking about darkness)… Don’t snap in a sunny place, find shadowed location and snap the voters’ card with no part missing out…

This is for my friend and I snapped it like that, All edges must be visible and the picture must be clear as stated in the mail sent to you by Google.
After that, wait for few days for Google to review your verification method and if it’s successful, they’ll send you a mail again that you’ve successfully verified your Adsense account.
Then, you’ll proceed to PIN verification.
